♦♦ Any type of commission that violates these terms shall be cancelled. I have the right to refuse commissions I don't feel like taking.
♦♦ Finished pieces may or may not be posted online. If the client wishes the artwork to not be shared, it will be held confidential.
♦♦ Artwork process time is subjective, depending on the circumstances of the artist. (i.e Emergencies, Academics, Vacations, etc.) So there is no absolute deadline/date that the client will receive the artwork. However, an ETA will be given. ETA is up maximum of 1 year or so, depending on my current situation.
♦♦ Specific deadlines should be mentioned in the email, if one needs an artwork on a specific date.
♦♦ Once the payment is done, no refund is available. Think wisely.
♦♦ Payments will be made through Paypal (or if local; Western Union) with USD ($) as currency.
♦♦ Payments will be upfront/full payment. If paid half, the other half should be paid after the lineart has been finished. The colored and finalized artwork will be handed over after the payment has been made.
♦♦ Any drawing of furry, gore, hentai, ecchi, loli, and any related to them, is strictly prohibited. However, drawing humanoids with any animal ears, tails and or horns, is allowed. (Like tieflings, Neko, etc.) Slight yandere-like with blood theme can be considered.
